Q.

#asktheexpert Hello! I have been nursing my LO from day 1. Now I want to switch her to bottle but she refuses to take bottle. I know this transition is difficult for every baby. But what do u recommend. we started with bottle but when she refused it we moved to sipper. still no luck. any suggestion would be great. Thank you!

A. try different colorful attractive sippers.. seperate for milk... Juice or water. try to give buffalo milk in diluted form with water boiled with fennel and carom seeds initially. you can also add protein powder after consulting with your paediatrician

A. hi please avoid bottle feeding. you can offer sipper or offer milk through katori and spoon. it is safe and hygienic way. and if it is possible please offer direct feeding as it provides comfort and security too. atleast one year of age , please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs.
