Q.

#asktheexpert hello.I am mother of two boys,1.5+ and othe is 6+ and my age 34, from previous some days i am feeling pain in knees when I walk or climb stairs .and my lower back is paining .So what can I do ? please help and what are the reasons behind all these pain.

A. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain. for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. y meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables. please meet dr

A. Hello dear parent, ypu should take your supplements on time like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. As supplements really helps in boosting immunity and brings strength to the body. Good luck and take care
