A. yea definitely do test baby. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youyou can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well
