#AskTheExpert hello i am 29 weeks pregnant. I would like to ask you. Is it ok if i soaked dry fruits like almonds ,rasins ,walnuts, etc and then eat. Or i can consume directly without soaking.

A. Dear mum, you should surely have handful of nuts every day. You should soak these nuts in water overnight and then have nuts. These dry fruits and nuts are healthy source of micro nutrients which you should have.
