#AskTheExpert Hello How to increase weight for my kid who is 3 yrs old. He is just 11kg and active. I don't find any issues with him about food he eats everything. And, he has heat body. Give me any good solution for both the issues.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom kids after the age of one year they triple their birth weight and then gain about 2 to 4 kgs .. so a little variation is acceptable as far as the child is active for his age and eating well
