#AskTheExpert hello, hi mam my son is 9 months completed, after my delivery I got periods after 6 months , after I did not get any periods, we didn't participated in sex, but my periods not getting regular.. my HB percentage is 12,what was the problem I can't understand, can you explain. what can i do

Hello dear It happens due to the postpartum hormonal changes and it is advisable that you keep using contraception as the ovulation can happen at anytime before your get the periods . Consult your gynecologist if you don’t get cycles over one year after giving birth
