#AskTheExpert hello having issue in breast feeding.milk supply is not sufficient and have to go for formula milk.please suggest how to enhance breast milk.Child gets frustrated if not sufficient.

A. You can take some lactation supplements like Shatavari it comes into the powder format you can take it three times in the day with milk or water whatever is more feasible for you and also if it is needed start with powder milk for the child
