#AskTheExpert Hello Experts, I want to leave my 26 months old son breast feeding habbit so i decided to not to breast feed him which somehow i managed to not give him breast feed but within 48 hours my breast has been filled with full of milk & now am unable to even touch my breast as its feels very hard & painful, please suggest how can i stop my breast milk to relief it or what should. i. need to do, should i use breast pump to empty my breast milk or it will automatically the milk will dry & my breast will be fine.. pls suggest asap as its very painful for me.
