#AskTheExpert Hello Dr, my son is running temp from past 3 days and we have been giving paracetamol 250 mg, 5ml for 3 days, but seems like it has not gone down.. he does not have any cold or cough. he is active and playing. could you please suggest any other treatment.

A. the baby is less than three years of age whenever baby is having fever it is advisable to treat the baby with paracetamol only known it use any medicine and less baby is having secondary infection
