#asktheexpert. hello Dr,my son is now 4.6 year and his weight is 14 ,but he is fully active and doesn't eat him self every time forcefully I have to feed him, what to do for his appetite increase

Don't force feed
All should eat together for child to learn healthy eating engage in loving conversation
Avoid gadgets at meal time
Avoid storing and buying junk
Avoid heavy snack before meal Times
Involve in buying fruits and vegetables and helping out in the kitchen in small task
