#AskTheExpert hello Dr, my son is 4 year old now, but in every month he falls seek by viral infection. is he allergetic?or do we have to test tonsils? what can I do so his immune system will improve?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom This is due to low immunity. Give food and fruits rich in vitamin c like spinach broccoli garlic ginger watermelon, orange mausambi lemon kiwi pineapple etc to increase immunity. Give chayawanprash to boost immunity
