#AskTheExpert Hello Dr., My kids is now 2 years....Now she is 11.5kg. her birthweight is 3.5kg...She always spits out and refuses meals from the beginning of her weaning time....what shall i do to induce her to eat food? Is her weight ok? Tried so many varieties of food but no use.

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you must give less quantity of food to eat. So that she doesn't spit. Also keep telling her that spitting is not a good habit. Because kids get in habit of spitting. Also give her water to drink. Consult your doctor if necessary.
