#AskTheExpert Hello Dr. my daughter is 9 months old now she is not gaining weight since from 3 months she weighs just 6.5 . Am trying to give healthy solids but no use . She is not crawling just she is trying to hold with her knee support otherwise she is active and healthy . Please suggest me . Thanks in advance.

Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Give adequate
