#AskTheExpert hello Dr, my daughter is 8 months old.. she is suffering from cough cold... it's been 5 days yet nit recovered. I gave maxtra and antibiotics syrup. after feeding she did vomiting.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. please give t minic drops to the baby Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

Hello it can Possibly be due to congestion in the chest and throat throat congestion and as of now apart from the medicines that you are giving start nebulising the child because it will help in melting down the cough in the system and it would be easier for your child to take milk and will be feeling better
