ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello! You must provide balanced, nutritious and home cooked meals to her. Give her small and frequent meals. Include foods like ragi, paneer, banana, sprouts, curd, potato and nuts in her meals along with seasonal fruits and veggies.
Try new recipes which are kid friendly but healthy too. example - deviled eggs, peanut butter banana milkshake, nuts ladoo, dal pakoda, paneer cheese toast, sprouts uttapam etc.

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
