#AskTheExpert Hello Dr My daughter has had skin rashes for two days and her entire body is too hot yesterday her temperature was 100° I gave her crocin and I'm applying calsoft lotion thrice a day post bath, late afternoon and before sleeping Is there anything else I can do to help her Any advice would be really helpful

A. Seems due to heat. There are can be few reasons. Keep baby cool n ac or fan to cool. Dress baby in loose clothes. Use warm water to bath. Avoid creams lotions. You can give some sponge bath or apply some cold compress it can work. Generally if you leave skin free and keep baby hydrated.
