#AskTheExpert hello Dr., my daughter eating habits not properly till date. some times she too much crying and eat very small size of meal. I am too worried and her age 19th month completed.

let the child have his own meal..
give small bites let the baby pick and chew the food..
add variety and creativity to plate..
start with natural appetizer as coconut water ajwain water or jeera water..
