It Should be at least a minimum nine by now so your child is definitely underweight which is why you feel that your child is looking weak so I completely understand your concern but a lot of times due to nutritional deficiency also kids do not get appropriate weight even after eating when if you want you can take an advice from a nutrition expert on this
