#AskTheExpert Hello Dr, My child is 2 months old and he is not doing potty daily. he is doing every second day. Please suggest what should I do.

A. constipation in small babies is very commonly seen and is more with babies who are fed with formula milk. Usually constipation of few days is considered as normal in babies below 6 months of age,you can give bonnisan drops 3 times a day to your child will and give frequent feeding, usually medicines or suppositories are to be avoided in such a case .if baby is having gastric pain you can give collicaid drops.give proper tummy tiimeme and burping to avoid gastric trouble.. In case of severe constipation of above one week you can give suppository but only under medical advice.
