A. Hi mom This can be due to heat and sweating. Keep the skin clean and dry and make your baby wear loose comfortable clothes. Apply himalya calamine lotion on the boils. It will be fine.. U can also try #Babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
