#AskTheExpert Hello Dr. My 11 month old son has started rejecting almost all solids which he used to eat. if I give him something new he will just keep in mouth for 5 mins and later spits it out. I am really worried. as his face is started to look dull. please suggest what can I do.

A balanced diet containing of green leafy vegetable and fruit and good protein sources like paneer and egg or soyabeans . It is required for proper weight and height gain and also for boosting immunity and good skin and hairs . Protein powder like pediasure can be given to baby after 2 yr of age .
