#AskTheExpert hello dr. meri 4th march ko normal delivery hui hai. delivery ke liye vaccum ka use kiya gaya tha jiske karan baby ke head par lemon jitna bubble hai. usse thik hone me kitna wakt lagega.

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
