Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old girl2 years agoA. hi it happens because of Indigestion, constipation , stress, fast eating habit or infection please give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more please don't force feed or overfeed your child give easily digestible food items keep your child well hydrated give mint leaves with pinch of salt and two drops of ginger juice
