#AskTheExpert hello dr it's been 3months after my delivery now having some cramps like in the lower abdomen area n vagina. I'm exclusively breastfeeding. when shall I consult my gynaecologist

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 3 children3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question I would suggest that make sure that you reach out your gynecologist as soon as possible so that you can roll out any internal issues and your gynecologist can also suggest what are the different types of exercises that you can do to help prevent any pain and cramps make sure that you are working around at least at home
