#AskTheExpert Hello Dr. I'm 25yr old almost married 3yrs ago, facing problem in conceiving. Recently had my HSG scan which came out with Left tube blockage (Hydrosalpynx) & Right type is patent. I have Thyroid prblm more than year but now it's under control (2.66) with 50mg medication,and also facing PCO prblm, so is it possible to conceive with one tube ? approximately how much does it may take to conceive naturally ? And what treatment would you suggest currently ?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes you can. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

consult your gynaecologist and follow the treatment..
little block in the tube can be clear during the HSG scan..
