#AskTheExpert hello dr I'm 20 week pregnant, dr said my baby growth is 3rd centile IUGR. please suggest any medice to increase fetal growth.

A. yes high protein. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.
