#asktheexpert hello dr . I hv delivered the baby thru c section n she's 1 year old now .... i haven't had my periods till 8th month after delivery. den i consulted doc . he asked me to take devry tab n den Yasmin tab . i took for 3 months. my periods was happening every month. after 3 months i stopped Yasmin tab den my periods r getting irregular. what shud I do ?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. You should once talk to your doctor only and start doing physical exercise in your daily routine as it helps in regularising your periods and have calcium and iron rich diet avoid stress sleep well avoid refined foods
