A. hi both things are very common and natural to get after delivery. so first ,to reduce your weight: start doing exercises and yoga regularly. walk walk and walk. don't use vehicle for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual. avoid taking Junk food items. to cure hairfall problem: apply coconut oil regularly on your hair. prepare mixture of coconut oil and onion juice, apply it before washing your hair. stay stress free.
