A. I already consult a doctor she says that his mind is hyperactive and he is more included in rhymes so that he need little time and one more thing sir that iski sbhi cheezein jaise bolna, chalna, khelna, daanton ka ana sb late hi hua hai. Sb ise alag tarah se dekhte h Or iske baare me fir baatein bhi banate hai jo mujhe achcha nhi lagta baatein krta h bt jb aap isse kuch bologe to ye wo hi repeat kr dega ya agr mann hoga to bol dega hichkichahat hai abhi bhi isme. Kya aap koi tarika bta skte hai

A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start sayhiing simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly. if the speech does not comes even by three years of afge you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .
