shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mum if you mean to say that your child is able to speak whether it is clear or not then this is not a problem at all many baby speak like this at this age but with time and with practice when they keep on speaking the speech get clear but if he is not speaking at all in that case you need to consult with the speech specialist
