#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, My Son Kiyansh 25 Months old actually from yesterday he was itching his eyes with his dusty hand, now his eyes got swollen also looks little red... pls suggest what should i do? Need Paediatrician advice on this pls... kindly refrain others for got satisfactory answer from the expert only. hope everyone understand.. Thanks is Advance.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. the history suggest that the child is having allergic reaction due to which the child is having swelling as well as rash. you can give syrup Cetirizine 5 ml to the child once and then meet your doctor to find the cause of allergy

Hello ma’am I am sure your paediatrician will definitely respond back to you but I can also tell you one thing right now whether you like it or don’t like it you can ignore the answer as per your choice there is no issues relating to the same but I can tell you if there is swelling or something you should be consulting your doctor for a personal check up because without proper check up the doctor cannot suggest you whether it is due to conjunctivitis or there is any other reason for swelling so a check up is mandatory to go for so it’s completely your choice so you can just wait for awhile I am sure the paediatricians are online and you will
