#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, My son is going to be 8 next week as he do not eat the salty things he always demands for the sugar items what will I do in this case.... as well as he is not taking milk through sipper cup earlier he drinks milk through sipper cup

A. Add a little milk to the water in a cup, and day-by-day start adding more milk and less water. In a few weeks, you can wean up to full strength milk. Do this gradually and maybe she won't notice. Add something to the milk to make it extra tasty: chocolate syrup, or maybe a mashed-up, very soft banana.
