#asktheexpert hello doctor my son is 10 month old.now his weight is 8.965kg.his birth weight was 4kg.sooo is he under weight????

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom yes he is as by the age of 4 to 6 months they dosh ke their birth weight and by one year of age they triple it. So make sure she is having enough solids along with your feed as well .
Add ghee to his meals , panner , egg yolk if preferred, potatoes, sweet potatoes, millets , banana , Chikku, mango , avocado etc legumes such as rajma , channa etc
