Q.

#AskTheExpert hello doctor my son 6 year old hb is 10.6.. how can i improve it and how can i increase rbc count? recently we have gone through cbc.. haemetocrit was lower then the range. please prescribe

A. improve the hemoglobin levels you can give dates or dates syrup.. pomegranate or pomegranate juice... boil some kishmish in a cup of milk till it is half then filter and give milk
