hi doctor I m 34 weeks pregnant and my rbc count is 9.20 what should I do to increase it..

A. you need HPLC. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. hi you should take iron rich food items more. you should take green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, pulses etc more you can take spinach soup , tomatoes soup, fruits like pear , apple , strawberry, amla , pomegranate,dates etc. use jeggary instead of sugar while preparing food
