you should take iron rich food items more.
you should take green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, pulses etc more
you can take spinach soup , tomatoes soup, fruits like pear , apple , strawberry, amla , pomegranate,dates etc.
use jeggary instead of sugar while preparing food
