#AskTheExpert Hello doctor my daughter will complete 5th month within 2 days. can i start solid food as she wants to eat whatever we eat or drink.

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom..solids to be started after baby completes six months and not before that...baby should be exclusively breast fed till six months..as of now solids are nit recommended..breast milk is sufficient to meet all nutritional requirements of baby till six months
