ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 4 years old and her lips are cracked and dry looking like vitamin b complex deficiency so….. Don’t use lipstick at all Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and apply lip guards at night

And also apply lip balm from the brands like Seba med, Himalaya, mother care etc they are all well known brands for baby products but must read reviews and check ratings before making any purchases,
