#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor. My daughter is 7+ and her milky teeth falling out late at 7 + . Till Now she have only four teeth fallen out and all 3 teeth are good but one teeth is not coming out. What is the reason ? Is late tooth falling creats any problems?

A. Hi you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination of the unerupted permanent teeth. usually permanent teeth erupts within a gap of 3-6 months.

A. hi dear While teething can begin as early as 3 months, most likely you'll see the first tooth start pushing through your baby's gum line when your little one is between 4 and 7 months old. The first teeth to appear usually are the two bottom front teeth, also known as the central incisors.
