Q.

Milky teeth is not fall out . but new incisor are growng up on back side of milky incisor

A. Hi you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for early removal of the milk teeth to prevent malalignment of the erupting permanent teeth.. this condition happens when milk teeth don't fall at proper time

A. U Should get started after consulting a paediatric dentist because it is already coming in the previous ones have not gone then it’s important for you to get them extracted by a doctor that is why that is how the space is going to be there for the new teeth
