#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, My daughter is 23 months old. Birth weight 3.1kg present weight is 10.3kgs my concern is she is not putting on much weight. She eats everything and is very active. she speaks and understands our language very well. can you please help me in understanding about the weight.

A. hi dear There are a few steps you can take to increase your child's calorie intake until they reach a healthy weight, while still providing a healthy diet. bulk up mashed potato by putting milk or cheese in it. put grated cheese on beans on toast. make milk puddings. make soups with milk instead of water. you have to give continue breastfeeding
