#AskTheExpert hello Doctor, My daughter is 10 months old. she doesn't have any teeth yet. what could be the reason for this? Her gums are swollen though.

A. hi your baby is 10 months old now most common reason for delayed teething is low calcium and vitamin d levels in blood.so give a supplement like calcimax p syrup 2.5 ml twice a day till 1 year

A. thank you so much doctor. but I am already giving her calcimax P syrup 5ml twice daily from last two months n calshine drops .5ml daily since birth.
