#asktheexpert Hello Doctor My daughter is 10 months old and from past few days she is having constipation and due to which she is quite irritated. Please advice.

Start giving prune juice in the night before your your child goes to sleep and also apply some castor oil around the navel that is going to be helpful this is a very common thing to be done as it is going to work like a natural laxative for the child and start the day with a glass of warm water and include papaya and buttermilk in the diet of your child
