A. Okay so apart from water I would recommend to give papaya once or twice in a day buttermilk twice in a day and in the night before sleeping apply and castor oil in the Naval and give some prune juice and as the day starts in the morning make your child sit in Malasana and give warm water every morning that will be very helpful
