#AskTheExpert Hello doctor My daughter is 1 year and 3 month and she is not interested to eat anything except breast milk if she is hungry she is eating only cerelac and I am worried. please help me out this

A. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types gy of nutrients essential for growth. any kind of infection specially any chronic infection should bge ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise. after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

A. hi parent keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake give her curd buttermilk lassi afresh and home made. use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
