SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl10 months agoA. Yes, precaution has to be taken. You may get the advise those who done the ear piercing. Please allow to heal well and no contact of water in the ear. Now and then you may put coconut oil to heal the ear piercing area. If it get swlled more contact nearby doctors.
