#AskTheExpert hello doctor my child just completed 10 months and I worry about her diet because she doesn't eat as much as required to her growth period... and what type of food I have to give her ?

A. High protein diet is the answer. That will help her catch up on weight gain which is safe for her also. Lean meats,eggs,dry fruit and nut powder can be used

A. To help baby develop interest in eating, do not force feed and make it a fun time. Feed in a separate room, away from distractions. Give easy to swallow foods and try to mix variety so that maximum nutrition can be given like mixed vegetable soup, oats with nuts, veg cutlet, milkshakes with dry fruits, etc.
