You are asking for yourself then yes! You can use it. Apply aloe vera gel enriched with vitamin e capsule on scalp and wash it in 2 hour or next day.
For baby, use natural products like use coconut oil and massage of hair scalp. Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed.
