#AskTheExpert hello doctor, my baby is 4 month old from last week she has loose stool with mucus she has little congestion but not a runny nose, before this she poops in 2 days but now 2-4 times a day with nosie. what should i do, she urinating normally

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with managcement for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade tfever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
