Why does my 10 months old have loose stool several times with mucus?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fevtguer than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Could be a stomach infection so ask your paediatrician and if needed go for a stool test you know what is the reason and on that basis only the course of medication can be suggested if whatever is required to go for what it is mostly due to an infection onlyWrite Your Answer Here
