Hello Doctor,
My baby is 11 weeks old now. and its time for his 2nd vaccination.
On 7week we started the vaccine. The govt health center has given 2 vaccine. i.e. Penta and Rota viruses on 3rd August 2021. they told us that PCV and IPV isn't available which I wasn't aware earlier. So i went to a clinic and take the remaining vaccine on 9th of August.
Now this month 2nd Vaccination dates are 1st October and 8th October.
I went to Health center for 1st October, they said as 28days not completed from PCV and IPV they can't give PENTA2 and Rota 2 and give date on 8th October. So I want to know how to plan my vaccination properly now on. I sill want to take PENTA & ROTA from health center and PCV & IPV from clinic as those aren't available at health center.

A. if vaccination is delayed even for few weeks it will not have any adverse effect but mandatory vaccinations specially under one year of age should be given on the priority list followed by optional vaccine later on .Vaccination can be rescheduled as per the requirement and certain vaccines can be given simultaneously too and needs to be given to child only when the present covid situation becomes favourable and under full safety precautions.due to strict pandemic situation,in such condition most important vaccination should be given on priority which your doctor will decide.regarding all the details of t,kfthe vaccine the schedule and their brands or prices plz consult your nearby pediatrician from whom the vaccines have to be completed wil be able to guide you properly according to the requirements.

A. almost all vaccines are good n safe to give though they may not be compulsory to babies still it's always good to give and be safer. Few hospitals would say few are mandatory and few or not. still all vaccines are must for babies and its safe to give it. Never miss any vaccine to your child.
